Online payments are accepted via Paypal through our easy checkout.   After you have added your items to your "shopping cart " click on "Checkout" to pay.  You can pay by credit card on Paypal's secure site even if you don't  have a  Paypal account.  It's FAST, EASY and SECURE.

         Shipping and Handling and Insurance

Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping on orders Over $200.00

All jewelry is well packaged and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Maill.  A gift box is included with each piece of jewelry when shipped USPS Priority.  Items are shipped within 2 business days.

           If you would like to ship to a piece of jewelry as a gift to a friend or relative, please let us know so an itemized invoice is sent to you and  a little note is sent to the recipient..

             INSURANCE - USPS insurance is included in the price of Shipping for orders over $50.00.                  

      Price for Shipping includes cost of postage, packaging and delivery confirmation.

             Return Policy

            Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Item(s) must be in original, saleable condition.  Please contact us first so we know when to expect your return!  Original and return Shipping and Insurance are not refunded.  Buyer pays all shipping and insurance.  Please package in box or bubble mailer for safe shipping.

            Repairs & Warranty

               All items are made with quality components and workmanship.   Please contact me before you return the item for repair.

Dragonfly DayDream Beads reserves the right to determine reason for breakage. 

What if a piece of jewelry breaks?  If the item breaks due to faulty workmanship, I will fix it and ship it back to you for free.  If breakage occurs otherwise, repairs are $10.00 and up (ie time to restring , materials, missing beads, etc) plus the cost of shipping it back to you .

What if your bracelet/necklace doesn't fit?    I am happy to resize jewelry purchased.  There is a $10.00 charge for resizing (i.e. additional beads, beading wire, time to restring, postage, etc.). There are a few items that may not be able to be resized depending on the design. 

If you need another size besides the size listed, please contact me BEFORE you purchase and I may be able to resize it at reduced or no cost to you.
